Address is a full-scale home management and lifestyle concierge for individuals and families. 

Specialising in supporting some of Auckland’s finest addresses, we manage the operations of your main residence, holiday home, luxury yacht and investment portfolios, and provide confidential day to day PA support to enhance our clients’ lifestyles. 

Our services can be tailored to suit your individual needs and we can be engaged on a project by project basis or for a long term relationship with our monthly membership.

Becky Berriman

Director

Founder & Director, Becky of Address Ltd, brings over 15 years of experience from working in the  super yacht and luxury home industry.

Trusted with managing high-end properties and lifestyles both locally and abroad, her expertise includes yacht and home management, renovation support, owner's representation, lifestyle PA services, and event coordination and management.

Born and raised in the UK, Becky spent part of her childhood living in the Caribbean, sparking her passion for travel and culture. She began working with high-net-worth individuals at 19 years old, developing a keen instinct for anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Her meticulous attention to detail, interpersonal skills and proactive approach have made her and the Address Ltd team a valued asset to some of Auckland’s most prestigious households.

Now a mum to Cooper and Lola and wife to Aaron, Becky’s family support is vital in allowing her to provide focus, commitment and dedication to Address Ltd.

Drawing from her wealth of experience from ten years working onboard super yachts and managing Private Estates, Amy brings to the company a profound understanding of high end home operations and the level of service our clients are accustomed to.

Amy’s solutions-oriented approach and love for tackling challenges enables her to deliver seamless results to our valued clients. Whether she is coordinating tradespeople for routine property maintenance, assisting clients with international travel itineraries, securing “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences, or collaborating with clients to optimise household functionalities, her approach ensures that our client’s homes and lifestyles run smoothly, elegantly, and with the utmost care.

Having worked on a number of exciting private estate projects, combined with her first hand travel experience to some exquisite destinations worldwide, she is equipped with the knowledge and understanding to support clients’ homes and assist with all manner of PA and concierge requests, delivering carefully considered results every time.

Rochelle brings over 10 years of combined experience from her work on board some of the world’s largest super yachts before transitioning into the corporate world as an Executive Assistant and Events Co-ordinator in the architecture industry.

She brings an unmatched level of perfection and attention to detail to Address Ltd with exceptional organisational skills and a dedication to exceeding client expectations, ensuring that every event is executed to the highest standard.

Rochelle’s creative flair extends beyond her professional role. Her passion for interiors and styling earned her previously renovated bungalow regional awards for its high-level of craftsmanship and interior design.

Her ability to execute a vision from start to finish, never compromising on quality, solidifies Rochelle as an invaluable member of our team.

With five years of experience in private business jet services across four continents, Tiffany has mastered the art of delivering exceptional care to high net worth clients globally.

Since her relocation from the United States to New Zealand nine years ago, she has excelled in office administration and personal assistant roles within multiple organisations in Auckland. Her recent foray into property management has further refined her abilities, enabling her to assist our in clients in effortlessly maintaining their homes.

When she’s not offering her expertise to our clients, Tiffany play a vital role in keeping the Address Ltd office running smoothly.
