Becky Berriman
Director
Address Ltd Founder & Director Becky Berriman, brings over 20 years of experience working in the superyacht and luxury home industry. Trusted with managing well-appointed properties and lifestyles both locally and abroad, Becky's expertise includes yacht and home management, renovation support, owner's representative, executive assistant and event management.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Becky spent part of her childhood in the Caribbean — an early experience that fostered a lasting appreciation for travel and diverse cultures. At just 19 years old, she began working with high-net-worth individuals, honing a refined ability to anticipate needs and consistently exceed expectations. Her exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal acumen, and proactive mindset have earned her a reputation as a trusted professional within some of Auckland’s most distinguished households.
Becky attributes the success of Address Ltd to her trusted, long-standing relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers, as well as to the Address team’s unwavering focus, dedication, and integrity that underpin the company’s achievements.

Drawing from her wealth of experience from ten years working onboard super yachts and managing Private Estates, Amy brings to the company a profound understanding of high end home operations and the level of service our clients are accustomed to.
Amy’s solutions-oriented approach and love for tackling challenges enables her to deliver seamless results to our valued clients. Whether she is coordinating tradespeople for routine property maintenance, assisting clients with international travel itineraries, securing “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences, or collaborating with clients to optimise household functionalities, her approach ensures that our client’s homes and lifestyles run smoothly, elegantly, and with the utmost care.
Having worked on a number of exciting private estate projects, combined with her first hand travel experience to some exquisite destinations worldwide, she is equipped with the knowledge and understanding to support clients’ homes and assist with all manner of PA and concierge requests, delivering carefully considered results every time.

Events & Marketing Manager
Rochelle brings over 10 years of combined experience, having worked on some of the world’s largest superyachts before transitioning into the corporate world as an Executive Assistant and Events Coordinator in the architecture industry.
Creative, stylish, and highly meticulous, Rochelle brings unparalleled attention to detail and a commitment to perfection to Address Ltd. Her exceptional organisational skills and dedication to exceeding client expectations ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard.
Rochelle’s creativity extends beyond event management. A passion for interiors and styling earned her previously renovated bungalow a regional award for its craftsmanship and design — further proof of her ability to bring a vision to life from concept through to completion, without ever compromising on quality.

With five years of experience in private business jet services across four continents, Tiffany has mastered the art of delivering exceptional care to high net worth clients globally.
Since her relocation from the United States to New Zealand nine years ago, she has excelled in office administration and personal assistant roles within multiple organisations in Auckland. Her recent foray into property management has further refined her abilities, enabling her to assist our in clients in effortlessly maintaining their homes.
When she’s not offering her expertise to our clients, Tiffany plays a vital role in keeping the Address Ltd office running smoothly.
